GTA V for Ultra Trashy Junk PCs

Have GTA V? Have a PC that can't play any modern game for it's damn life but you want to play the game at a fairly decent framerate? I do. So I made this mod. It should increase FPS. It increased mine from 5 FPS to 30 FPS. Even in cities.
