Gally é um clareano que não confiou em Thomas desde o começo. Ele foi o primeiro inimigo de Thomas na Clareira. Diz-se que o seu nome é uma referência a Galileo. Ele é o principal antagonista no primeiro livro assim como na adaptação do filme. Provavelmente americano,mas de origem familiar desconhecida, Gally é um garoto de 16 ou 17 anos que,assim como Minho, Newt, Alby, Thomas e os demais clareanos, foi sequestrado e feito de "cobaia" pela C.R.U.E.L.
