Is 12 pm Noon or Midnight?

My English - I'm getting confused sometimes with 12AM and 12PM. This picture can help us to understand it better. 12AM is 24:00 (00:00). 12PM is 12:00. Some more examples: 12:01 AM

12pm or 12am? Is midnight 12am? Is noon 12pm?

Noon is not 12am. Midnight is not 12pm. Code appropriately.
