The residents of the Mad City are the Mads (複製(マッド), maddo, lit. "Duplicate"?), copies of the Originals (本物(オリジナル), orijinaru, lit. "Genuine"?), the residents of Tempest. They resemble the originals though some can take on different appearances or have different personalities.
