Following the relative disaster of MK2 it's not an easy task to garner enough attention and cash to launch Mortal Kombat 3. But it looks like he may have found his way at the end: actor Chris Casamassa, who played in the first Mortal Kombat movie, innocently said principal photography of a new Mortal Kombat movie would start in September 2009.
