Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons is a mecha anime franchise produced by Sunrise in which many of humanity’s problems have been solved through a new technology called “Mana.” However, not everyone can use it, leading to an oppressed underclass of people known as “Norma” who are forced to fight DRAGONs.
