The Nintendo Wii U console will lose its digital store in a year. According to Nintendo Life report, An anonymous employee of Nintendo of America said that Nintendo wanted to close the Wii U eShop for several years, but was concerned about class action lawsuits if it were done within ten years of launching the system.
